Our process
- Start from the official outline
Each bank is weighted to the public content outline or test plan (PTCB, NHA, NCSBN/Credentia, AAMA, AMT, HSPA) and cites the version used.
- Write original items
Our editorial team writes every stem and answer choice from scratch. We never reproduce, paraphrase or “recall” questions from real exams, vendor practice tests or third-party banks.
- Verify against primary sources
Rules and numbers are checked against regulations (eCFR), agency guidance (CDC, FDA/DailyMed, DEA) and official handbooks. If we cannot verify a fact, we do not write the item.
- Explain the why
Each explanation says why the correct answer is right and why the most tempting wrong answer is wrong.
- Review for ambiguity
Items get a second check for a single defensible answer; flawed items are fixed or removed.
What we will never do
- Sell or share “real exam questions” or dumps.
- Claim a pass rate, testimonial or student count we cannot document.
- Use a fake credentialed author. Content is produced by our editorial team; if we add a named clinical reviewer, they will be real and verifiable.
